I would thoroughly recommend Van Man Exeter. Firstly, their website is clear and it was easy to check what information I would need to provide in order to get a quote. Communication with Mike was great; he was very responsive and flexible in fitting in my move with the company's busy schedule. When they had a cancellation and could do my move in one day, Mike got in touch straight away. All contract documentation was clear and being able to sign digitally with DocuSign meant no faff with printing contracts. On moving day, the fab work from the Van Man Exeter team was the least stressful part of the whole process! They were punctual, professional, and polite. The team worked really quickly and safely and I was really impressed with how neatly they packed up their vans. I never had any concerns about any fragile items in their care. There was a delay to my completion so the team unfortunately had to wait around a bit before unloading into the new house. They did this really efficiently too, and were really considerate in where they put furniture in each room. I would definitely use Van Man Exeter for any future house moves. April 2021

A really excellent company from start to finish, they made my move totally painless. Mike was really helpful throughout, responding really quickly to all my questions. Darryl did a great job of assessing what was required and the packaging bundle arrived promptly when expected. On moving day, Colin and Leon were absolute stars, arriving on time, quickly assessing what was being moved and what was going into their storage and moving my furniture with care - lovely chaps with great senses of humour. Nothing was too much trouble - definitely well recommended.
