If your estate agent has already done a video tour for selling your property then you can just email us that along with a note of anything that's not being moved (eg any white goods you are leaving for your buyers) and details of the contents of any spaces they didn't film eg garage, garden shed

If you can, show us the parking at your house: whether it’s a driveway or on the street. Then show us the access into your house, including any steps, and the entrance into the house. Please show us if you have a hallway including any cupboards under the stairs etc
When it comes to the kitchen, if you’re packing for yourselves we just need to see how many cabinets you have. Please point out any white goods that need moving. If you’d like us to pack for you, please open your kicthen cupboards so we can see inside
Just show us any furniture that might need moving and anything that comes apart like tables or sofas which come into pieces or have their legs removed, and show us any pictures on the wall
Tell us if you’re dismantling beds or would like us to do that for you
You don’t need to empty chest of drawers or bedside tables, we can move them with clothes and light goods inside
Show us how much is hanging inside wardrobes so we can bring the right number of wardrobe boxes to hang your clothes straight into on the day – that applies whether they are fitted wardrobes or moving with you
Just show us any garden furniture plus any plant pots that are moving with you
And don't forget to show us inside the garden shed
It's helpful to see the contents of any airing cupboard eg linen, towels
Make sure to film inside any loftspace which has things in to move, and the same goes for your garage
We don’t need to see in the bathrom unless there’s signficant freestanding furnuture that needs moving
