Here at Van Man Removals we like to do things a little differently.
We are not driven by profits. Our motivation is providing an excellent service and building a strong and extremely reputable business.
This is the reason we are members of the Which? Trusted Traders scheme. This is a fantastic programme backed by everyone’s favourite consumer advice organisation, Which? This gives people reassurance when picking a trade from plumbers to removal companies.

Once we have completed a move we ask our customers to leave us a review and Which? make this very simple with a review form that’s printed on a prepaid postcard.
We have been having some brilliant feedback on these cards.
So in return for the time and effort people take to complete these we make a £5 donation to charity for each review received.
In total over the years we have donated over £1700 to charities for these reviews.
Our current charity is very close to Mike's heart and is called Snug and we have just made a £200 donation to them for the last 40 reviews we received.
‘Snug’ is the charity which supports families of babies born prematurely or poorly, who use the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital neonatal unit and they have been a great support to Mike's family soon after the birth of his second child Roselyn.
Also new for this year, to reward our staff for going the extra mile to help us gain these great reviews, we are running a rewards scheme for them. They are currently working towards a night out go-karting once we get the first 60 reviews of this year!
