The start of the year is always a pretty slow time in the removals industry. The lull after the Christmas period and reduced house completions in January mean we get a bit of a rest normally.
But as ever here at Van Man Removals we have taken the opportunity to take on some serious challenges to get the business in the best shape ever!
What have we been up to? Our tag line is “The South West’s trusted Mover” and we are really working on showing our customers how true that is, so we have taken the following steps over the last month or so:
As well as becoming a Which? Trusted trader, which we wrote about in our last post HERE, we went on to prove our credentials as a top class mover by being accepted into the Alliance of Independent Movers (AIM). We felt it was important to be part of a body specific to the removals industry. This involved a face-to-face interview and a number of checks being carried out to ensure we have the right tools and the right skills to provide high quality, professional removal service. We will be checked annually by AIM to ensure we keep up this standard.
And to top this all off we have just taken delivery of our latest Renault Truck loloader from Trucksmith of Devon and as always this has been liveried in the Van Man colours by Ken Whites in Tiverton
All this on top of continuing to provide our top quality domestic removal services and also numerous office moves for the NHS!
As I’m sure you are, we are looking forward to seeing Devon in its beautiful spring colours as we continue to work across the county in the coming months.
Van man removals were fantastic start to finish. It was super easy to obtain a quote by sending Mike a WhatsApp video. Mike replied quickly and the price was exceptionally competitive - we were even more grateful for the NHS discount! On moving day, the men arrived punctually and the service provided was impeccable. They were friendly, helpful and very efficient. Upon arrival at our new home, everything was moved into the right room and nothing was too much trouble.
