My new year’s resolutions are 1) to write more blogs and 2 ) to get out and meet more clients face to face.
This second one seems pretty old fashioned in the age of emails and technology but in the world of removals there is no substitution for meeting your mover face to face.
Firstly as a customer you are going to get that gut feeling ( or not as the case may be ) that this is the right person / company to be moving all your worldly possessions.
Secondly from our point of view we get to see everything that needs moving, we can check access and we chat through what level of service you require.
So my suggestion to you is if you are using a local mover for your job get them out to take a look at the job before they quote – this way you will get a 100 % accurate quote and there will be no hidden surprises on the day.
